At Bumps & Barks, we take pride in creating personalized keepsakes for your pets and little ones. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Personalized & Custom Items All personalized products (custom pet portraits, name-print onesies, custom bandanas, etc.) are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in the customization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ayushsinghh177@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Personalized Items Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
